Basic ToS

* Payment expected within 24hrs.
* ^^ Can do 50/50 payments ^^
* Paypal and Cashapp only for USD payments.
* You (commissioner) can re-upload the art with credits given to me in the form of a link to my Twitter and Instagram.
* Artwork can’t be used commercially or claimed as your own.
* Refunds given based on how much work is done. Read below to understand how that works.
* BY ORDERING NSFW YOU UNDERSTAND YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF YOUR AGE (via license/birth certificate or whatever has your birthday on it).

Refund Policy

If the commission is cancelled (by me or you the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, I have a rough basis for refunds:
- Sketch: 95%
- Line art: 50%
- Flat colouring: 15%
- Colouring with shading (aka almost done): 5%

Example:
Refunded a full body regular style and there’s a sketch in the progress, you will get $38 back.

Communication

Discussion of the commission:
- Discord or on my art Instagram are the easiest ways to get me, if you don’t have either I have Facebook messenger.
Visual guidelines:
- Must provide at least one to two clear visual reference of your character along with a colour palette.
- Please communicate to me if you would like me to make changes to your characters design, such as different hair colour, facial features, etc. It’s very important to me that you love your art, there are no additional charges to any changes.
